Drive trains across a variety of routes in different countries with various engines and rolling stock.
Graphically one of the best graphics of any trains simulator apart from the newer Train Sim World. Graphics options can be adjusted to suit your system. The trains look great but the passengers seem to be a bit static and lifeless. The stations are well modelled too. You can create your own routes and scenarios and also are able to download additional content from the Steam workshop. There are a load of DLCS available too which can be purchased. Some users believe these are expensive but you can get them in sales. Some of the countries you can travel in include, Wales, England, Scotland, France, USA, Germany and China to name a few.
Engines sound very good. However we noticed some sounds are used more than once.

Train Simulator has been around for a good number of years now and is without doubt one of the best train simulators for the PC with an amazing amount of add on routes and trains. Can be costly if you want to purchase a lot of DLC routes and trains.
