SD202-D86

SD202-D86

The MAN SD202 is the direct successor of the SD 200. 468 buses were delivered to the Berlin transport authority (BVG) between 1982 and 1992. Based on the operation experience with the three prototypes built in 1982 and 1983, the first batch of 70 production buses was introduced in 1986. On technical terms, these buses are very similar to their predecessor SD85 which already used the same drivetrain components. Due to the modified exhaust, the sound of the 150 kW D2566UH engine is much more bass-like.
